Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable local carriers to ensure your package arrives safely, including Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), and DPD.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@buybuycity.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at support@buybuycity.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
